TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Allure-Apart is an incorporated French hospitality operation, registered under : R.C.S. Paris 492 935 242 00021 and located at 21 Place Dauphine, 75001 Paris. Allure-Apart is subject to VAT and our registration number is : FR95492935242.

- All of our rates are in Euros. For updated currency conversions : www.xe.com
- We accept wire transfers, Visa, Mastercard or American Express through our payment platform
- Our rates are all inclusive (VAT, tourist tax, utilities, etc..). There are no extra taxes or fees (unless otherwise noted).
- Upon reservation we require a 50% deposit to book the apartment and the balance will be due 1 month prior to your arrival.
- For bookings less than 1 month prior to arrival, we require 100% payment to book the apartment.
RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Rental period
Standard is that the rental begins: 4pm on arrival date. However :

If no one is vacating the Property the morning you arrive, you may be able to check-in before 4pm. Please confirm your check-in time with your Greeter closer to your arrival date.

If the Property is being vacated the day of your arrival, your Greeter may be able to meet you at the Property upon your arrival to allow you to drop off luggage. At this time, your Greeter will inform you when the Property cleaning will be completed and ask you to return at that time for your check-in.

Please be aware that for security and Covid-19 cleaning procedures, the cleaning crew cannot clean when guests are in the Property.

If you would like to be guaranteed an early check-in, we suggest you reserve the Property starting the day before your arrival.
2. Departure Information
Rentals end at 10:00 AM on departure day. However if our planning allows it, we will be flexible to meet your needs.
3. Arrival procedure
A Greeter will meet you at the Property upon arrival and will be there to assist you on departure day
Check-in and check-out procedures each take between 15 and 30 minutes, so please include this in your timing.
Greeter's responsibilities
Include:

Meeting Guests at the Property at a previously agreed upon time

Showing Guests around the Property; explaining use of appliances and technology in Property

Explaining any notable Property or building particularities

Troubleshooting, by phone or email, issues in the Property during the Rental Period
Do not include:

Concierge-type requests (restaurant or taxi reservations, etc.). We outsource this service with a charge.

Waiting for more than one hour in the Property for Guest if Guest is not present at the agreed upon time.
Arrivals or Departures on December 24, 25, 31, and January 1
We are generally not able to accommodate arrivals or departures on Christmas Day (December 25) or New Year's Day (January 1). Exceptions, for a fee, may, at times, be possible. Please inquire.
All arrivals and departures on Christmas Eve (December 24) and New Year's Eve (December 31) should occur within the hours of 9am-5pm; all arrivals or departures after 5pm or before 9am on these days will incur a fee of 100 Euros
Guest Responsibility for Arrival/Departure Information & Greeter's Time
The Guest will be held responsible for communicating accurate arrival and departure information and will be held responsible for any fees resulting from inaccurate information and/or last-minute changes and/or delays that are not communicated to the Greeter. Departure details must be confirmed with the Greeter no less than 48 hours prior to departure date. Allure-Apart cannot guarantee the Greeter and/or Cleaner will be able to accommodate any last-minute changes to arrival/departure details.
Guest will be held liable for any extra time the Greeter spends waiting at the Property due to inaccurate information supplied to Allure-Apart or Greeter. If the Guest encounters a delay or problem, they should advise the Greeter minimum one hour before the scheduled meeting time. If the Greeter needs to come back or wait for longer than one hour, there will be a charge of 50 euros per hour plus the transportation cost if the Greeter needs to return.
4. Rental Fee
Rental Fees are in Euros. We accept payment in Euros by Visa, Mastercard, American Express on our payment platform and Wire transfer. Last minute bookings are payable in cash upon arrival.
The Rental Fee includes:

Occupancy of the Property for the specified time period.

Welcome gift upon arrival (normally flowers & wine).

Free unlimited internet. Rentals also include all taxes, utilities, and telephone service.

Bed linens and towels.
-
Starter kit with Nespresso pods
-
Some pantry items such as salt, spices, etc..
-
Guide with detailed local recommendations.
-
Complete housecleaning once a week after a week for stays of two (2) weeks or longer. Some properties have daily cleaning. Please inquire.
5. Payment of the Rental Fee
The Guest will pay the Rental Fee as set out below:
5.1 Upon reservation if the rental period starts in more than two (2) months : 50% of the rental fee is due in order to secure the reservation. The balance of the Rental Fee is due one (1) month before arrival. If the balance has not been paid by this date, Allure-Apart reserves the right to cancel the reservation, void the contract, and retain the initial payment.
5.2 If the Rental Period start date is less than one (1) month when the reservation is made by the Guest : 100% of total rental fee is due in order to secure the reservation.
5.3 No rental is confirmed until the Guest completes the contract and Allure-Apart receives payment for the rental.
6. Security Deposit and Renter's Obligations With Regard to the Property.
Allure-Apart requires a Security Deposit for every rental. The Guest will be held responsible for any damages to the Property that occur during the Rental Period. At the end of the Rental Period, the Property will be examined by the Greeter upon check-out and again in detail during the cleaning at the end of the Rental Period, before subsequent renters occupy the Property. The Guest acknowledges that in certain cases, damage may be overlooked by the Greeter and subsequently found by the Cleaner. Any damages, whether noted by the Greeter or Cleaner, will be evidenced by proper documentation, including photographs where possible. Any damages to the Property caused during the Rental Period will be deducted from the Security Deposit. Allure-Apart agrees to notify the Guest as soon as any damages are reported by the Greeter or the Cleaner, and to present a bill for any charges relating to damages incurred, if applicable.
If the Guest notices any damages to the property upon check-in, the Guest is responsible for notifying Allure-Apart and/or the Greeter within 24 hours of the beginning of the Rental Period or the Guest may be held liable for such damages.
The Security Deposit can be provided in the form of a Credit Card Authorization Form, Wire, or payment platform deposit. The amount of Security Deposit varies according to the Property and is specified on the Rental Agreement accepted by the Guest.
Credit Card Authorization Form. This form must be completed by the Guest and returned to Allure-Apart via email one (1) month prior to the Rental Period.
Security Deposits will be refunded to the Guest two (2) weeks after the end of the Rental Period. If damages exceed the amount of the Security Deposit, the Guest is liable for the full cost of any reported damages.
Allure-Apart reserves the right to retain the Security Deposit until the Property has been verified both by the Greeter and the Cleaner
Allure-Apart reserves the right to charge the Guest’s credit card or reserve funds from the Security Deposit for any damage caused during the Rental Period immediately after informing the client of the damage.
The Guest shall keep and maintain the Property in clean and secure condition during the Rental Period. The Guest must leave the Property in the same condition as it was found upon arrival. It is understood, and agreed, that the Security Deposit shall be used to cover the cost of any damage to, or loss of contents of, the Property and the building of which the Property is a part.
In the event that the costs of cleaning, repair, and/or replacement exceed the Security Deposit, the Guest shall pay the balance due via credit card, check or wire transfer no later than five (5) business days following notice by Allure-Apart.
If the Greeter is required to make an in-person visit to the property due to a fault of the Guest, the cost of the intervention, including compensation for the Greeter’s time spent resolving the issue, will be charged to the Guest. The Guest will also be held responsible for the cost of any technical intervention (whether deemed necessary by Allure-Apart or the Greeter, or whether requested by the Guest) if the reason for the intervention is caused directly or indirectly by the Guest. The cost of the intervention may also include compensation for the Greeter’s time spent resolving the issue.
The Guest agrees to inform the Greeter, Allure-Apart, or Allure-Apart’s Representative immediately of any damage that occurs on the Property during the Rental Period.
7. Occupancy
The Guest agrees that the number of people occupying the Property at one time will not exceed the maximum occupancy rate indicated for the Property, unless specifically authorized by Allure-Apart. Allure-Apart will not be held liable for any issues arising from occupation of the Property by more persons than allowed by the Property’s maximum occupancy rate. The occupancy rate also includes children at any age.
Group size is determined at time of reservation. If upon arrival, the number of guests exceeds the number specified on the rental agreement, Allure-Apart is entitled to refuse access to the rental, for legal and security reasons. If the exceeding number of guests is within the capacity of the rental, extra payment must be made before accessing the Property. If the extra number is beyond the capacity of the Property, access will be denied, Allure-Apart voids the contract and retains the rental amount.
If the Guest would like to invite additional guests to stay in the Property during the Rental Period, the Renter must notify Allure-Apart, and pay any applicable extra fees.
Pets or animals of any kind (dogs, cats, birds, etc.), including service animals, are NOT permitted inside the Property at any time without prior consent from Allure-Apart. Failure to comply may result in forfeiting the security deposit or incur additional fees, wholly at the Guest's expense. Failure to comply with this may also be grounds for termination of the contract with Guest being asked to leave. No fees will be refunded for any remaining days of stay.
The Guest will personally occupy the Property for said dates and shall not sub-let the Property under any condition.
The Guest will not hold any group gathering or event in the Property for which the number of attendees would exceed the Property’s maximum occupancy, excepting events previously approved by Allure-Apart when applicable.
The Property may not be used for commercial purposes, unless specifically authorized by Allure-Apart when applicable. Commercial purposes include, but are not limited to: professional appointments, meetings, gatherings, showrooms, product display or demonstrations, picture or video/movie shootings.
Guest understands and agrees that the tranquility of the other residents of the building is of the utmost importance. Guest(s) shall be quiet and respectful of neighbors at all times and shall refrain from any excessive noise in the Property or common areas including, but not limited to, stairwells, elevators, courtyards, or building entry. Between 10pm and 7am, Guest agrees to be especially quiet and, in particular but not by way of limitation, to keep voices low and refrain from playing music. Guest understands and agrees that, should there be any complaint from a neighbor for late-night disturbance, Guest's right to occupy the Property shall terminate immediately without any form of compensation and Renter shall be subjected to a minimum €1,000 penalty.
8. Cancellation
The following cancellation conditions apply, whether you cancell for personal reasons or force majeure beyond our responsability:

a. Cancellation more than sixty (60) days before your arrival for rentals not exceeding 7 days: full refund of any amount paid, minus bank and administrative fees (50€); for rentals exceeding 7nights : 25% of the total amount will be retained.

b. Cancellation less than sixty (60) days before your arrival: no refund.

c. Interruption of stay: in the event of a departure before the end of the Rental Period, no refund is possible.
We strongly recommend that you purchase a travel insurance upon booking (www.travelex-insurance.com).
9. Changes or modifications
If you need to change your rental period, please contact Allure-Apart. If Allure-Apart has the possibility to change your initial rental period, the Cancellation Policy will apply to the new period. If the new Rental period is shorter than the initial Rental Period, there will be no refund. If the new Rental Period is longer than the initial Rental Period, there will be an additional payment prorated on the initial Rental Amount.
10. Change or cancellation by us
If for security or technical reasons we can not accomodate you in the Rental and are forced to modify or cancel your rental, we will inform you immediately and we commit ourselves to find an equivalent Rental. However, if this proves impossible, or if you refuse the transfer, we shall cancel your reservation and refund you in full.
13. Travel Insurance
French law requires that all parties should be covered by a Civil Liability insurance during the occupation of a rental property. The guest are therefore strongly advised to contract a clear insurance policy (which may include coverage for cancellations, such as www.travelex-insurance.com) and have full coverage for his personal effects, liability, etc. because this is not covered by Allure-Apart.
14. Services with additional cost

- Gift purchase (we can have flowers, gifts or special items delivered to the Property, please contact us)/
- Breakfast : Guests can have continental breakfast delivered from between 7 :00 and 10 :00 am at a cost of 17,50€/person with a minimum of 2 persons. During the weekends a brunch delivery is proposed between 8 :00 and 11 :00 am at a cost of 25€/person or 35€/person with Champaign. Please contact us to get the daily menu.
- Maid service : if you desire extra maid service also including ironing, please contact us for the timeslot you wish. We charge 25€/hour all included.
- Chef cooking or cooking class. Please contact us to discuss the large variety of food, performance and price.

The guest hereby states that they read and accept the General Conditions here-above and are enforcing this by the act of paying the reservation fee.
The parties (guest and Allure-Apart) aknowledge that the applicable law is the French law being stated that Allure-Apart is a French corporation, the properties are located in France and the billing is in France and in the current French currency which is the Euro.
