This comfortable gîte is heritage listed and can host 2 to 4 guests. The house is located 8 km (5 miles) east of Paris in the town of Saint Maur Des Fossés, close to the Castle and Bois de Vincennes. Saint Maur Des Fossés is a city of 80.000 inhabitants which counts as much as 4 subway stations (RER line A). The stations "Parc Saint Maur" and "Champigny" are both at 8 minutes walking distance. The ride to the center of Paris takes approximately  15 minutes. We are at a 20 minute car-ride from Euro-Disney. A parking space inside the property is available.

The apartment " Les Lilas" is on the ground floor of «La Petite Maison» which is the suite composed of a living/dining room with a nice sandstone fireplace. The convertible couch can offer two additional sleeping spaces. The lodge is equipped with a flat screen television and a radio/CD player. The bedroom has a king size bed for 2 and cupboards. The bathroom with its mosaic includes a shower-cabin, lavabo and toilets. The high standard kitchen (including dishwasher) opens with large door windows on the courtyard where you can have your meals outside. BBQ available.
